St. Paul Harley-Davidson offers the following Returns Policy: We make it easy. Returns are welcomed **. Please email us at help@stpaulharley.com or call us at 651-264-3399. We are with you until you are happy.
We accept returns within 30 days. Please contact us when you wish to return or exchange an item to receive clear instructions on how to proceed.
All items must be returned in same as received condition with all tags attached, etc. Damaged item or requests for another size, if we have the size, are exchanged at no cost (except return shipping). Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 10%). Shipping is not refundable and return shipping is your expense. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HELMETS.
Remember this: When the transaction is finally settled, you'll be happy, and it is your definition of happiness that defines how we proceed. No need for worry or concern. No hassles. Problems will be resolved by the first person you communicate with, period.
**For safety and health concerns, Helmets may not be returned or exchanged. Also, items marked as Clearance may not be returned or exchanged.
Your Order
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packed and professionally shipped. We will send you another email with shipping details and tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please note, tracking numbers take time to appear in the online records at UPS and USPS. If you visit too soon, you may receive a message indicating the tracking number is invalid. No need to contact us, just try again later.
Reminder to International Customers (non USA): When your order arrives your government may charge you customs fees/duty and taxes. This is not part of the shipping expense or payment to us in any way. We cannot ship items as gifts or declare a lower value. Sorry, but we cannot assist you with the amount of these charges if they apply to your country. Please contact your local postal office for more information. Thank you!
