• International orders with standard shipping options should be placed on or before December 9, 2011, to ensure delivery prior to Christmas. Please be advised any delay in customs that may occur with shipping cannot be accounted for within this holiday shipping deadline, nor will St. Paul Harley-Davidson® be held accountable for delays outside of our control.

St. Paul Harley-Davidson® has put in place a holiday return and exchange policy for items purchased between November 25 and December 23, 2011, which temporarily overrides the standard return and exchange policy during this set timeframe due to the gift giving season.

• Domestic orders placed between November 25 and December 23, 2011, will need to be returned or exchanged on or before January 25, 2012.

• International orders placed between November 25 and December 23, 2011, will need to be returned or exchanged on or before February 10, 2012.

For both domestic and international orders:

All items must be returned in the same as received condition with all tags attached, unworn, smoke-free, etc. Items that are received in damaged condition, or requests for another size (if we have the size), are exchanged at no cost (except for return shipping, which is the responsibility of the customer). Returns for refund are subject to a restocking fee (up to 10%). Shipping is not refundable on any return or exchange and any return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer. All returns or exchanges are subject to final inspection of the item(s) upon their receipt by St. Paul Harley-Davidson® to determine how the return or exchange may be processed.
